You place your order at MyRidingBoots.com. We receive your order, process it, and send it to the De Niro Boot Co. factory in Lecce, Italy.
The De Niro factory receives and processes your order. The production of your boots can now begin! The employees start collecting and cutting all materials.
When all materials are cut into the right size and shape, the details and decorations are put together. WRAT technology and a Vibram sole are used.
All the materials and pieces of leather can now be put together, to start forming your De Niro riding boots.
When the boots are completely assembled, they are put on a wooden leg, on which the boots are heated up. The boots now form to the shape of the leg.
The employees at the De Niro factory finish and clean your boots. The boots then undergo one last check, to make sure that they are made to perfection.
When your boots have been checked, they are packaged and sent out to our De Niro office in The Netherlands.
We receive your boots and our team will check them one last time. We then let you know that your boots have arrived at our office, and we will send the boots out to you.

Thank u Janneke for all ur help u were very helpful, I did send payment for boot bag so please make sure it comes with my boots.
Also the foot inserts in size 37 comes with my boots too like my last pair did cause I def need them to take up the extra room in foot area that’s there I had to use them in my last pair as well.
