How long it will take for your package to arrive, depends on two things: the product(s) you order and the country that you live in.
Custom-made
For custom-made De Niro products, the production time is 6 to 8 weeks. For custom-made KEP Italia or Samshield products, the production time is 3 to 4 weeks. This is because each product is carefully produced and subjected to rigorous testing and quality control. After this production time, the factory will ship the products to our office, where our boot experts will check the products. After the final checks, we will ship the products to you!
In stock
Signature (or standard) products are mostly available from stock. When you order a signature (or standard) product, our employees will contact you about whether the product is in stock in the ordered size and color. After your order is processed, we will ship your products immediately if your product(s) are in stock. If your products are not in stock (which only occurs very rarely), the production time is the same as for custom-made products. We will always contact you when the waiting time is longer than expected.
Shipping
When the products are ready (out of production, or simply from stock), we will ship the products to you. We use various carriers for our shipments, to ensure the quickest en most effective shipment for our customers. Shipments in Europe are usually shipped out by PostNL. Shipments to other countries are sent by UPS. Several shipping methods (like a standard or an express shipment) are available at our checkout. The delivery time varies per country and shipping method, but 90% of all of our packages are delivered in around one week. Please keep in mind that we are dependent on the postal service and carrier, so waiting times may differ a little. All of our products come directly from the official factories and warehouses. We are a certified retailer for all the brands that we sell. These brands include DeNiro Boot Co., KEP Italia, Samshield, One K, Roeckl, Sprenger, and many more. Our signature and standard products are mostly available from stock, and can be shipped out to you right after your order is placed. For most countries, you will find an Express Shipping Option in your shopping cart. This option guarantees delivery of your signature products within 3 to 5 business days, worldwide!
Do you need a custom-made product? That is an option too! Have a look at our DeNiro priority-order option here. Any rush order will be produced within 10 business days. Rush orders are always shipped with Express Shipping, so you do not need to pay an additional fee for an express shipment. Simply choose the standard shipping option, make sure the rush-order option is in your cart, and place your order.
