The Galileo model
This comfortable model is made in Italian calf leather. There are a couple of aspects that give this boot the extraordinary look and exceptional comfort: First of all, this boot is made with a twist-zipper, which means the zipper starts at the top of the back of the boot and slightly turns to the side as it goes down, ending at the side of the foot. This type of zipper makes the instep more comfortable. Secondly, the Galileo model includes a unique inlaid patch of special leather on the side of the shaft. These aspects make this the ideal boot for any rider! Other standard features for the Galileo model are the WRAT-treated leather, the stitched Vibram sole, the titan zipper, the sporty design, and the unlimited customization options. This model offers a high level of durability and comfort, due to the soft and supple high-quality Italian calf leather. Like any other De Niro tall boot, this model is handcrafted by skilled artisans and Italian bootmaking experts at the De Niro Boot Co. factory in Casarano, near Lecce, in the South of Italy. There, the boots are also subject to a rigorous quality control process

Warranty Brushed leather
These boots are (partly) made in Brushed leather. Because this leather is more susceptible to damage, this leather can become dull when worn frequently or when handled carelessly. The De Niro factory can repair some damage, but please mind that on Brushed leather boots the warranty can be somewhat less extensive. De Niro advises riders to use boots with Brushed leather for competitions and clinics only.
